CNN: “Male Supplements” Suck

EDITORIAL FEATURES

2004_09_23_cnn.jpg

CNN reports that a public health advocacy group is making the startling claim that all those "male enhancement" herbal supplements hawked via spam and late night infomercials may not really work! Shocking, yes, but we thought you should know. (Actually, we're posting this because it's one of the rare times a CNN article has made us giggle - not because of the lame pull quotes they use ["Enzyte is more successful subtracting from the male wallet than it is adding to the male organ"]). but by the fact that the sponsored text links which accompany it point to sites which sell the same supplements the article is criticizing. That's, like, irony - right?)

"Group: Sex supplement claims bogus" (CNN - thanks Tyler)
